R.O.O.T.S
R.O.O.T.S (Readily Offering Opportunities To Students) is a mentorship program focusing on the development of transitional aged youth (14-21). We do personal development, professional development and work experience in collaboration with Harbor and Pressley Ridge. Work experience youth work doing different jobs and tasks like working events, leading camps or doing administrative tasks.

Ravshaun Normamatov
Ravshan Normamatov is a 21-year-old intern at Peach Tree Advocacy with a strong interest in social behavior and the field of human and social services. He is deeply committed to creating positive change, even in the smallest ways. In addition to his academic pursuits, he works at a case management agency, providing support coordination for people with disabilities and those from disadvantaged communities. He is passionate about making a passionate impact in the community.
Kylie Fryman
Kylie Fryman is a 21 year old student intern attending Miami University. As a junior, she is majoring in Psychology with a minor in Child Studies and Youth Development. She is passionate about children’s mental health, with a focus on early assessment and intervention. Kylie emphasizes the importance of recognizing and addressing mental health concerns at a young age, especially in elementary school settings.
At Miami University, Kylie is actively involved in Greek life, where she currently serves as Vice President of Standards after previously holding the role of Director of Events. Alongside her academic and leadership commitments, she maintains a busy job while staying social and spending time with friends.
Abbey Miller
Abbey Miller is a psychology student at the University of Cincinnati with a minor in anthropology. She is passionate about helping others and hopes to pursue a career in counseling, with interests in development, recovery, and advocacy. Abbey enjoys connecting with people from different backgrounds and learning from their experiences. Outside of school, she loves traveling, exploring art, fitness, and listening to music. She aims to apply her skills in communication, leadership, and resilience to empower others and create positive change.
Kaitlyn Schulte
Kaitlyn Schulte is a 24-year-old graduate student with a passion for helping others through advocacy, education, and the arts. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Pedagogical Science at Mount Saint Joseph University, with a reading endorsement, teacher leader endorsement, and certifications in DEI and dyslexia. Kaitlyn earned her bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Theater and a minor in Educational Studies. Outside of her academic pursuits, she enjoys reading, movies, and theater and is committed to making a positive impact through education and advocacy.
Alyssa Novak
Alyssa Novak is a 20-year-old student intern with a passion for advocacy. She has a strong interest in leadership, behavior, and trauma informed care and strives to lead others to become the best version of themselves. Outside of her academic pursuits, Alyssa enjoys working out, reading, trying new coffee shops, and hanging out with her friends. Known for her passion, resilience, and independence, she is committed to building connections and dedicated to active listening and support in the community.
Spencer Bowen
Spencer Bowen is a 20-year-old intern attending the University of Cincinnati with a passion for finance. He has a strong interest in financial analysis and strives to gain as much experience as possible. Outside of his academic pursuits, Spencer enjoys playing basketball, pickleball, and rooting for the Bengals. He is committed to his studies and dedicated to helping his community in any way he can.
Desiray Mabra
Desiray Mabra is a 21-year-old student and aspiring social worker with a passion for helping others. She has a strong interest in arts and crafts, as well as music, and strives to make a positive impact in her community. Outside of her academic pursuits, Desiray enjoys traveling, taking walks, and watching movies. Known for her friendly and playful personality, she is committed to personal growth and dedicated to uplifting those around her.

Khendal is a 16-year-old student and aspiring physical therapist. With a passion for helping others, she strives to make a positive impact in her community. Outside of academics, she enjoys playing volleyball, listening to music, and expressing herself through art. Known for her creativity, positive spirit, and bubbly personality, Khendal is committed to personal growth and uplifting those around her.

Kacie is a 21-year-old student at Troy University and an aspiring sports administrator. With a passion for helping others and a strong interest in inclusion and promoting healthy lifestyles, she strives to make a positive impact in her community. Outside of academics, Kacie enjoys coaching basketball, listening to music, and spending time with her family. Known for being a supportive presence and a thoughtful listener, she is dedicated to personal growth and uplifting those around her.
Taleah Jones
Taleah Jones is a 15-year-old student and aspiring sonography nurse. With a passion for helping others and a strong interest in mentorship and leadership, she strives to make a positive impact in her community. Outside of academics, Taleah enjoys dancing, cheering, spending time with friends, listening to music, and going to the gym. Ma’Kiah Talyor Nicols
Ma’Kiah is an 18-year-old student and aspiring pediatric nurse. With a passion for helping others and a strong interest in nursing, she strives to make a positive impact. Outside of academics, Ma’Kiah enjoys running track, doing hair, listening to music, and going to the gym. Known for being supportive and empathetic, she—affectionately known as Mickey—is committed to personal growth and uplifting those around her.

Rayvon is a 15-year-old student and aspiring veterinary technician who loves to put a smile on everyone’s face. He strives to make an inspiring impact on his community. Outside of academics, Rayvon enjoys running track, socializing, and spreading kindness. Mari Williams
Mari Williams is a 17-year-old student with a passion for mental health awareness and leadership. She cares deeply about helping others and making a positive impact in her community. Mari is especially interested in becoming a mental health advocate and using her voice to support those who may be struggling.
Outside of school, she enjoys painting, cheering, and finding creative ways to express herself. Often described as funny, intelligent, and outgoing, Mari is always looking for opportunities to grow personally and uplift those around her.
Journee Capers
Journee is a 16 year-old highschool student and aspiring Office Manager, passionate about building strong interpersonal skills, while also honing her decision-making abilities and growing as a leader. Journee strives to make a positive impact in their community. Outside of academics, she enjoys volleyball, spending time with friends, reading, journaling, debating, designing, and playing strategy games. Known for her innovative thinking and extroverted nature she is also an open-minded person, and introspective individual, Journee is committed to personal growth and motivates those to reach their potential.

Eden Kenny
Eden Kenney is a 14-year-old student and aspiring nurse as well as a professional women’s basketball player. With a passion for helping others and a strong interest in mental health awareness and leadership, she strives to make a positive impact in her community. Outside of academics, Eden enjoys playing basketball, training, going to the gym, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Silas Dosa
Silas is an aspiring nurse with a strong passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact. He is deeply inspired by stories of resilience and growth, whether drawn from real life or fiction, as they reflect the human capacity to overcome challenges. In addition to his dedication to healthcare, Silas enjoys writing and developing original characters—a creative outlet that allows him to express himself and explore new ideas. He remains focused on his goals, committed to lifelong learning, and motivated to keep progressing both personally and professionally.

Kylie is a 16-year-old student aspiring to become a Special Victims Unit officer focused on child sex crimes. With a passion for helping others and a strong commitment to supporting and reducing crimes against children, she strives to make a positive impact in her community.
Outside of academics, Kylie enjoys cleaning, spending time with friends, sleeping, and playing with her dog. Known for being supportive, energetic, funny, and hardworking, Kylie is dedicated to personal growth and uplifting those around her.
Madison Morgan
Madison Morgan is a 16-year-old student and aspiring labor and delivery nurse. With a deep passion for helping others and a strong interest in women’s health and supporting new life, Madison hopes to make a meaningful impact in the lives of mothers and babies. Outside of school, she enjoys doing hair, painting, listening to music, and spending time in nature. Known for being understanding, empathetic, and caring, Madison is focused on growing into the best version of herself while uplifting those around her.
